Refund and Cancellation Policy

At DataBlake, we are committed to delivering high-performance digital marketing, transparent management, and maximum efficiency for your advertising budget. Because our services consist of custom strategy, digital labor, and real-time ad placement, we operate under a strict No Returns and No Refunds policy.

Please review the details of our billing and ad spend policies below:

1. No Refunds on Services

All payments made to DataBlake for marketing services, management fees, strategy development, or setup costs are non-refundable. Once work has commenced or a billing cycle has begun, the fees associated with that period are fully earned by DataBlake.

2. Advertising Budgets & Projected Spend

Some of our invoices and strategic plans include monthly spend projections listed as a "Projected Budget." It is important to understand how these projections function:

  • Performance Over Spending: We are dedicated to performance, ROI, and efficiency. We do not force unnecessary or wasteful spending simply to hit a pre-determined "Projected Budget" target. If the market conditions change, or if we can achieve your desired performance goals while spending less, we will always prioritize saving you money.

  • Platform Fluctuations: Advertising platforms (such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and others) operate on dynamic bidding systems. As a result, actual ad spend may occasionally fall short of the Projected Budget.

  • Billing for Under-Spend: You will only ever be responsible for the actual ad spend consumed by the advertising platforms. Any unspent portion of a projected budget remains your money and is not pocketed by DataBlake. Because you pay the platforms directly, DataBlake does not issue refunds for differences between projected and actual ad spend.

3. Campaign Cancellation

If you wish to pause or cancel your management services with DataBlake, you must notify us in writing in accordance with the terms outlined in your specific Service Agreement. Upon cancellation:

  • Any active campaigns will be managed until the end of the current paid billing cycle.

  • No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for mid-cycle cancellations.
